Creole Smash
A complex, delicious aged rum will shine in this simple and refreshing cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz dark rum
- 1 oz lime juice
- 6-8 fresh mint leaves
Instructions:
- Muddle mint and syrup in a cocktail tin
- Add remaining ingredients with ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Fine strain into an ice filled glass
