Whiskey Rosa Sour

 

The floral spice from Cocchi Rosa is a lovely accent to a classic whiskey sour build. Egg white and gum syrup combine for a frothy cocktail with excellent texture.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz bourbon
  • ½ oz Cocchi Rosa
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • ½ oz egg white (optional)

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
    • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
    • Strain into a chilled rocks glass
    • Garnish with a lemon wheel
