La Belle Fille

La Belle Fille is an assertive stirred cocktail that is perfect for your steakhouse nights.  A cocktail with bold flavors like this pairs wonderfully with rich meals.  Slightly bitter and with high complexity, this is a cocktail you can explore by swapping out gins and amari.

Ingredients:

• ¼  oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz bitter amaro
• ¼ oz apricot liqueur
• barspoon pear liqueur
• 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
• Garnish with an expressed orange peel
