Blackberry Whiskey Smash
Fruit-forward without being too sweet. A perfect spring and early summer drink.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz whiskey
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 4 blackberries
- sprig of mint
Instructions:
- Muddle berries, mint, and syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Add lemon juice, whiskey and ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with mint and blackberries
