Kiss Kiss Bang Bang
An almost Paloma. Grapefruit stars in this bubbly aperitif-like cocktail, alongside some spice and botanicals.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz Campari
- ½ oz Ancho Reyes
- club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a highball with fresh ice
- top with club soda

- tajin rim and lime wedge
