Blood Moon

Blood orange cordial is a perfect companion for bourbon in this sour from The Lion's Share in San Diego. Add in a hint of cinnamon spice and bitters to bring complexity to this punchy build. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Blood Orange Cordial
• 1 ½ oz bourbon whiskey
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 2 dashes peach bitters
• 1 dash ground cinnamon

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass filled with ice
• Garnish with dehydrated citrus wheel
