When One Piña Met the Other

One of our favorite and most accessible Mezcal cocktails.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1 oz mezcal
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ¾ oz amaro
• dash of cayenne

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass

Glass:

• coupe

Garnish:

• lime wheel or additional cayenne
