Tropical Popsicle

A Japanese Whisky collins, with acidity, bitter notes and tropical flavors for a pop!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Japanese whisky
• ½ oz Aperol
  
• ½ oz lime
• 3 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except soda water, to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a highball glass filled with cubed ice
• Top with club soda
