Transylvanian Sour
Fig with blood orange and ginger bitters is a great trifecta that steers this whiskey sour riff in an autumnal direction.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
- 2 oz Irish whisky
- ½ oz blood orange juice
- ¼ oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes ginger bitters
- ½ oz egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- garnish with a dehydrated blood orange wheel
