Non-Alc The Perfect Paloma

A flavor explosion in this Paloma variation! A little acid from the grapefruit juice and lime balances the sweetness from the cordial and if you like salty with your sweet, kick up these flavor profiles with a salted rim on your glass. Made by our friend @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 2 oz tequila alternative (Lyres Agave Reserva recommended)
• 1 ½ oz fresh grapefruit juice
  
• ¼ oz fresh lime juice
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a cocktail shaker
  
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a glass with ice and top with club soda
