The Hunt Cocktail

This round, seasonal cocktail from Molly Cohen is an intriguing blend of Green Chartreuse and apple cider. Grab a spicy bourbon for this one.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 2 oz bourbon
• barspoon Green Chartreuse
  
• 1 ½ oz dry sparkling apple cider

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  
• Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a shilled rocks glass
• garnish with a cinnamon stick and a lemon twist
• Stir to combine
