The Flaming Jägermeister
After we read the ingredients and saw how the Flaming Jager is made, we knew we had to try it out in our bar. It really is a blast (sorry) to make and is perfect for the cooler months. It produces quite the show as well, so friends and family will get a kick out of it. It's also a bit more classy than the Jägerbomb
Ingredients:
- ⅓ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Jägermeister
- ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
- pinch of salt (optional)
- 2 oz water
Instructions:
- Warm a pan to medium-high heat
- Add Demerara Gum Syrup to the pan and caramelize
- Add Jägermeister, lemon juice, and a pinch of salt, then light the liquid on fire (be careful, it will flame!)
- Extinguish with 2 oz of water (or more if necessary)
- Pour into hot toddy mug and garnish with a lemon wheel
