The Bona Fide

This is a wonderful, bright, and herbal cocktail. The sweetness of the Demerara Syrup rounds out the herbal notes of the gin and Green Chartreuse to create a complex and flavorful cocktail. Add saline solution to really make the flavors pop!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ½ oz Green Chartreuse
• ¾ oz fresh lime juice
  
• ½ oz cranberry juice
• 3 drops of 20% saline solution

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  
• Double strain into a coupe
