The Artist's Special #2

A vividly red cocktail featuring a beautiful mashup of juicy berry and oloroso sherry. Pick a light blended scotch to lend a bready backbone to this simple sour.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz blended scotch
  
• 1 ½ oz oloroso sherry
  
• ½ oz lemon juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
