With a perfect balance of the herbal, the bitter, and fresh fruit, this bright, low-ABV aperitif cocktail is perfect for a hot day.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
  
• 2 oz dry vermouth
• ½ oz Aperol
• ½ oz lime juice
• 3 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled highball glass and top with soda
