Scorpion Reef
This was inspired - according to drink creator Marshall Davis - by a smoked pineapple flan dessert! Smoky, creamy and tropical, the Scorpion Reef is a stellar nouveau tiki cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz aged rum
- 1 oz pineapple juice

¾ oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
- 5 dashes aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except aromatic bitters to a mixing glass with crushed ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled snifter glass
- Dash aromatic bitters on top
- Garnish with five-spice powder
