Ryenapple Sour

This cocktail brings the spice, citrus, and sweet. A wonderful tropical drink featuring an egg white foam. Made by our friend @carolinaverbena.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• barspoon Fiery Ginger Syrup
• 1 ¾ oz rye whiskey
• ½ oz Amaretto
• 1 oz fresh lemon juice
• 2 dashes angostura bitters
• 1 egg white

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin and dry shake 
• Add ice and shake again
• Strain into a chilled coupe
