Privateer

This cocktail was created by Chris Vanderginst and is in the Easy Tiki recipe book. This drink is composed of classic tropical flavors and tequila, but the stars of the show are the torched rosemary and pinch of salt. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 ½ oz tequila
• ¾ oz pineapple juice
• ½ oz lime juice
• pinch of salt

Instructions:

• Combine ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
• Double strain into a chilled coupe.

• torched rosemary sprig
