Pocketful of Sunshine

This margarita-style cocktail featuring our Lemon Lavender Cordial was created by Rachel Corbitt (@theresidentmixologist). As the name implies, this cocktail is bright with wonderful spring notes. It's similar to our Lemon Lavender Margarita, but swaps lemon for lime and adds some nice complexity with the bitters. Highly recommended!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 2 oz tequila reposado
• ½ oz orange liqueur
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• 4 dashes Peychaud's or New Orleans style bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass over large ice
