Persian Sour
The Persian Sour is a beautiful drink thanks to the luxurious mouthfeel provided by Classic Gum Syrup and egg white. Chocolate bitters gives a rich complement to cognac, and lemon juice brightens up all the flavors.
Ingredients:

½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz cognac

½ oz dry vermouth

½ oz lemon
-
½ oz egg white
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except bitters to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Top with bitters
