Oaxacan Dead
A smoky version of the tiki classic, Zombie cocktail. We love how aged tequila and aged rum go together.
Ingredients:
- barspoon Real Grenadine
- ¾ oz reposado tequila
- ¾ oz aged Jamaican rum
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ½ oz falernum
- ¼ oz grapefruit juice
- ¼ oz cinnamon syrup
- barspoon mezcal
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add a small amount of ice and shake until chilled
- Strain over crushed ice into a chilled glass
Glass:
- Highball, pilsner, or tiki mug
Garnish:
- dehydrated lime
- mint
