O.F.T.D. Swizzle

From the famous Chicago bar, Lost Lake, comes this simple tiki cocktail that lets a quality dark rum shine.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1½ oz dark rum 
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 2 dashes aromatic bitters
• 2 dashes absinthe

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a glass filled with crushed ice
• Swizzle with crushed ice for 15 seconds

Glass:

• highball

Garnish:

• mint sprig
• grated nutmeg
