Non-Alc Noughty Pornstar

A riff on one of the most searched cocktails: The Pornstar Martini. It’s traditionally served with a sidecar of sparkling wine or Champagne as a palate cleanser. Made by our friend @zeroprooflove who for her zero proof version used a nonalcoholic coconut rum that pairs beautifully with passion fruit.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 2 oz nonalcoholic coconut rum
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 1 oz passion fruit juice
• ½ oz vanilla-cardamom syrup
• 2 oz chilled Noughty Sparkling Chardonnay

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients except sparkling wine in a cocktail shaker
  
• Shake with ice and strain into a glass
• Serve with a sidecar of sparkling wine
