Non-Alc Paper Plane

"A well mixed apèrtif with the right amount of bitter and an oakey punch from the bourbon. If you’re a fan of aperol and have missed it in your Zero Proof cocktails, this will definitely scratch that itch." Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 oz Kentucky 74
• 1 oz Lyre's Italian Orange
• ½ oz Ghia Apèrtif
• 3 dashes salt tincture

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a coupe
