Non-Alc Old Fashioned

This non-alc recipe captures the wonderful flavor and complexity of the classic Old Fashioned. Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 2 oz bourbon alternative (Spiritless Kentucky 74 recommended)
• 3-4 dashes aromatic bitters
• orange peel

Instructions:

• Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, to a glass
• Add ice and stir for 10 seconds
• Express orange peel over drink

• orange peel
