Non-Alc Notorious F.I.G

The layers of toffee and oak from the highland malt combined with the subtle but rich sweetness from the fig syrup is perfect for a cool fall evening. Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
• 2 oz Lyre's Highland Malt
• ¼ oz Lyre's Italian Orange
• ¼ oz fresh lemon juice
• 3 dashes orange bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 15 seconds
• Strain into a glass
