Non-Alc Fiery Mule

"Mules are such a fantastic cocktail but replacing vodka in a Zero Proof cocktail can be difficult. Pentire Adrift is an excellent swap, it’s perfectly herbaceous which adds a nice bite and is balanced by lemon and sea salt. I wanted a little kick in this mule, so instead of ginger beer I added Liber & Co. Fiery Ginger syrup for a little bit of spice." Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• 2 oz vodka alternative (Pentire Adrift recommended)
• 1 oz lime juice
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add all except club soda to a shaker tin
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain and top with club soda

Glass:

• copper mug

Garnish:

• candied ginger
