Non-Alc Provence 75

This exceptional non-alcoholic cocktail offers a classic French 75 profile with a sophisticated lift from lavender to instantly transport you to the south of France!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Lemon Lavender Cordial
• 1 ½ oz gin alternative (Drink Monday recommended)
• 3 oz sparkling wine alternative (Joyus recommended)

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except the sparkling wine to a cocktail shaker with ice
• Shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled champagne flute and top with sparkling wine alternative
