Mountain Man
A play on a penicillin cocktail, with a touch of peach and notes of forest maple.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 2 oz bourbon
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz maple syrup
- ¼ oz peache liqueur (Giffard Vigne de Peche recommended)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice
