Mezcal Grapefruit Julep

A classic julep build with a citrus punch and a smokey finish.

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 2 oz mezcal
• mint

Instructions:

• Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with syrup in a julep cup
• Fill with crushed ice and add liquor
• Stir until cold and frosty, then top with more crushed ice
• Smack a mint sprig between your hands to express its oils, then garnish
