Ma Cherie

A garden fresh play on a sherry cobbler. Green, tropical and a perfect aperitif cocktail by Leo Robitschek of The Nomad, NYC.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup

  • 2 ½ oz fino Sherry

  • ½ oz fresh lime juice

  • ¼ oz Green Chartreuse

  • ¼ oz falernum

  • 10 drops saline solution

  • 1” piece of celery

Instructions:

  • Muddle celery
  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled highball glass with crushed ice

Glass:

  • Highball

Garnish:

  • cucumber ribbon
