Long Island Iced Coffee
Found at Milktooth in Indianapolis - this is a Long Island all grown up, because adulting is fueled by caffeine, obviously.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- ½ oz vodka
- ½ oz mezcal
- ¼ oz rye whiskey
- 1 ¼ oz amaro (Nardini recommended)
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- ½ oz fernet
- ½ oz half and half
- 2 dashes mole bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except half and half to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball or pilsner glass
- Top with half and half
- Garnish with brandied cherries
