Kiss Kiss Bang Bang

An almost Paloma. Grapefruit stars in this bubbly aperitif-like cocktail, alongside some spice and botanicals. 

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• 1 ½ oz gin
• ¾ oz lime juice
• ½ oz Campari
  
• ½ oz Ancho Reyes
• club soda

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a highball with fresh ice
• top with club soda

Glass:

• highball
  

Garnish:

• tajin rim and lime wedge
