Jungle Spritz

A refreshing apertivo inspired by the classic tiki drink, the Jungle Bird. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 1½ oz Campari
• 3 oz dry sparkling wine
• soda water

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients except soda to a glass filled with ice
• Stir to combine and top with soda

Glass:

• wine glass

Garnish:

• Lime wedge and pineapple leaves
