Everything but the flowers

Elevate the classic combination of chocolate and strawberries with this tasty cocktail. Tastes even better than it looks!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 2 oz gin
• ½ oz creme de cacao
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• egg white

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
• Dry shake for 10 seconds
  
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Double strain in a chilled glass and garnish
