A flawless trio of sweet, bitter, and tropical fruit! This cocktail strikes the perfect balance between sweet, fruity strawberries and complex Jamaican rum.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 1 oz overproof Jamaican rum
• ½ oz Italian red bitter liqueur
• 1 ½ oz pineapple juice
• 2 dashes absinthe

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into a glass with ice and garnish
