Don't Scoff at the 'Scoff

A Biscoff cookie in cocktail form, what’s not to like? Sweeten with real almond orgeat and mix in mezcal for a one-of-a-kind cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
  • 1 oz infused* bourbon
  • 1 oz mezcal
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 2 dashes chocolate bitters

Instructions:

  • Infuse bourbon with a few Biscoff cookies for a couple of days
  • Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
  • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
  • Garnish with Biscoff cookie
