Don't Scoff at the 'Scoff
A Biscoff cookie in cocktail form, what’s not to like? Sweeten with real almond orgeat and mix in mezcal for a one-of-a-kind cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
- 1 oz infused* bourbon
- 1 oz mezcal
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 2 dashes chocolate bitters
Instructions:
- Infuse bourbon with a few Biscoff cookies for a couple of days
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with Biscoff cookie
