Champagne Daiquiri

Because everything is better with Champagne.

Ingredients

• ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz light rum
• ¾ oz lime juice
• 2 oz champagne

Instructions

• Add all ingredients, except champagne, to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass
• Top with sparkling wine and garnish with mint
