Buried Bastard

This drink packs a wallop. On the plus side, it's a cinch to build with all equal part measures. But it's intentionally a bit out of balance - overloaded on alcohol and short on sugar. From OTB in Brooklyn.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
• ½ oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross recommended)
  
• ½ oz overproof bourbon
• ½ oz overproof gin
• ½ lime juice
  
• ½ oz aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass
