Antiguan Daiquiri

This Daiquiri riff features tropical and Mediterranean flavors in a unique and crowd pleasing profile. The combination of Campari and bright strawberry makes the perfect counterpart to the classic Caribbean combination of rum and lime. 

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 1 ½ oz white rum
• ¼ oz Campari
• ½ oz fresh lime juice

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  
• Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
• Strain into chilled coupe
