Amaretto Sour

Take this beloved sour and bring it up a notch with bourbon whiskey and gum syrup.

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
• 1 ½ oz amaretto
• ¾ oz overproof bourbon
• 1 oz lemon juice
• ½ oz egg white

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled a rocks glass
• Garnish with a lemon peel and brandied cherry
