Amande Frappé

The orange blossom in our Almond Orgeat Syrup perfectly complements absinthe's own floral and herbal notes. While the toasted nut flavor grounds the liquor's flighty quality

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup
• 1 ½ oz absinthe
• 2 oz club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled highball or large rocks glass
• Garnish with fresh mint
