Amalfi Highball

A high-quality vodka provides the perfect clean, pure backdrop in this fruit-forward all seasons cocktail.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Blood Orange Cordial
• 1½ oz vodka
• ½ oz raspberry liqueur
• ½ oz lemon juice
• 2-3 dashes aromatic bitters
• club soda
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients, except club soda, to a cocktail shaker
• Fill with ice and shake for 5 seconds
• Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
• Top with soda and stir to combine
