Absent Stars

A nouveau tropical rum cocktail with big passionfruit and grapefruit flavor. From Nick Detrich.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
• 1 oz Campari
• 1 oz rhum agricole
  
• ¾ oz lemon juice
• ½ oz apricot brandy
• 5 drops saline
• 10 drops grapefruit bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
• Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
• Strain into a chilled rocks glass

Glass:

• rocks

Garnish:

• orange twist
