IRISH COFFEE
The best coffee is an Irish Coffee.
❶ IRISH COFFEE
A must for St. Patrick's Day. The Irish Coffee is a classic, with its decadent, rich flavor impossible to resist.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
- 4 oz hot coffee
- lightly whipped heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
- Combine syrup, whiskey, and coffee in a mug and stir
- Spoon the whipped cream on top

This delicious gin sour comes from one of our favorite bars in Maine, Alpine and Hunt.
❷ GREEN EYES GIN
Already full of herbal notes from the Chartreuse, this is a great cocktail to experiment with different gins and their botanical flavors.
INGREDIENTS
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- ¾ oz Green Chartreuse
- ½ oz egg white
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake for a few seconds to break up the egg white
- Add ice and shake until chilled
- Strain over rocks into a chilled glass
